Have you ever had a "to do" list that was so long that you didn't know where to start? That is where I am this week, well, pretty much every week. So it is easy not to deal with it and so the list just gets bigger. I tried joining "Fly Lady" to get things under control but the heaps of email reminders just made me feel more overwhelmed. The system really seems to work for some but not for me. I have decided to take the to-do list and split it up into small lists and try that. I'll let you know how that is going. In the meantime, I have a project to share. A hybrid birthday book for keeping track of birthdays. I used Cori Gammon's Indian Summer kit. You can find the kit at ScrapArtist. Thanks for looking!

This is so beautiful! I love it!
This is gorgeous!! I really should make one! My big goal next year is to get organized....hopefully!
Beautiful, and a great idea, I really need one, or two, or three of these.
In fact I can think of a few different things I should have one for, not least a 'to do' list.

I love your book! did you use the BIA for this? or did you alter an book you already had?
I really like your idea of splittint you "to do" list into mini lists. I am looking forward to reading how it works for you :)
Very elegant, it is such a great idea, I especially love the colors you used!
Wow this is really nice! Love the leave and the flowers with the stitching...
BTW - I've attended the how to get your life organized type of classes and they say small lists are the way to go... Just make sure you check your lists regularly... And that you have a "system" that works for you! Good luck!
It looks very elegant! I know what you mean about feeling overwhelmed. Try to take it easy : )
absolutely beautiful
Oh my goodness...is this ever gorgeous! I love the rich colors. I used to do "Fly Lady", but could never get it down just right...ended up using bits and pieces to suit me. Your idea of splitting up tasks into mini lists is a wonderful idea. Your blog is so inspiring....and wonderful!
