This is my place to share with family and friends. You might find handmade cards, digital scrapbook pages, photos or a little chatter because those are the things I love. My blog is a work in progress, so be patient with me. Most of the time I think I will be talking to myself, but hey, I'm used to that!

I had a pretty productive day today

At least from my perspective. I made a card and and cleaned the bathrooms. Notice the order there? I guess cleaning should come first, then playtime, but that is not the way it works around here. Shh, don't tell anyone! I made this card for a challenge to use a grid. I used the Scor-Pal to make the quilted background of the yellow cardstock. After digging around in my old scrapbook stash I found the measuring tape ribbon and needle. For full credits you can click here.

Hi Cathy. I'm Carol Krup from Croppers' Cottage. I adore this card and may have to case it. I love the yellow and I need to know what border punch you used. It's not one I've seen before. Please send an answer to ckrup0945@aol.com. TIA!!

This is precious. I love the lace and buttons, they're so vintage-y. The tape measure ribbon just tops it all off.
